Would it be possible to create a TECH Article of the WebService Methods for Patch Management, then when changes are made add a note with the Additions/Deletions.
This could then be subscribed to and notifications of updates would be sent out.

In the 8.5 release a new method was added
- Disable Bulletins
But this wasn't in the ITMS Release Notes.
Do the sub products each have their own team or could there be a single owner of all WSs (i.e. ItemManagementService.asmx etc)
