Patch Management - Internet Explorer 11 Critical Update

I have been told that upgrade to Internet Explorer 11 will be or is  considered as a critical update by Microsoft.  My question is will upgrade to IE 11 be included in Patch Management? or if it is already in the Remediation Center, which Bulletin is it in?
